Group Project: I will work with Neal Wepking to study the historical, biological, physical and economic roles of greenhouses as a food-producing unit, as well as the methods of maximizing social outreach in schoolyard greenhouse programs. This will relate closely to our Local Foods Project for Peace in Grinnell in the summer of 2008.
