Why is local food important to you? 3) How long have you supported local foods? 4) Could you describe some obstacles or satisfying challenges that you face as you incorporate local foods in a restaurant setting? 5) What specific items do you get locally and how does it vary with the seasons? 6) Could you describe the organization of buying locally: What do you generally order? Is it delivered to you or do you pick it up yourself?
