Ideas For The Executive Summary
Our mission with the establishment of this Local Cooperative venture is to offer the community a location to experience local artisan crafts and goods as well as a cafe and restaurant for the enjoyment of all things local. We wish to provide an environment for local artists and skilled trades people to share their goods with the local community.
It is also our mission to facilitate the growth of a living local economy by showcasing slow foods, tea and coffee as a central theme. We will be featuring only Fair Trade Tea and Coffee and will be emphasizing a locally sourced menu as our primary cafe fair.
Our emphasis on local arts, crafts and food brings us to a major theme for our cooperative vision, the creation of a local currency by providing goods and services under one roof that may be experienced as a local currency marketplace.
